What are your cancellation and amendment policy?

Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival and this applies to individual bookings.
Any agreed changes to any bookings may incur an additional charge and are subject to availability.

What form of payments do Park Regis and Leisure Inn accept?

Payment in cash, bank deposit, and credit cards are accepted. Payment by credit cards incurs a service merchant bank fee.

How do I make a reservation for large groups?

All enquiries for groups are quoted based on availability and must be placed in writing addressed to citycentre@parkregishotels.com.

Is there any booking fee or deposit when booking online?

A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed online with the Hotel website.

The hotel has limited car park bays subject to availability and there is a daily rate applied. This is a self-parking service and on a first-in, first-serve basis (subject to availability). Please contact the hotel for more information and if there is availability.

The Extra Bed charge is at $50.00 per night inclusive of GST and a Baby Cot is available at $20.00 per night inclusive of GST.
