In response to the Covid19 coronavirus, we have taken the following precautionary measures out of an abundance of caution:
- Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency for guest rooms and public areas.
- Reminding our staff to practice good health habits and hand hygiene.
- Implementation of hand sanitiser located at the reception desk.
We would like to assure you we will continue to remain vigilant and also strongly encourage our guests to observe good personal hygiene and adopt the following precautions:
- Wear a mask if you have respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath.
- Seek medical attention if you are feeling unwell.
- Cover your mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and dispose of the soiled tissue in the rubbish bin.
- Practice frequent handwashing with soap.
- Use the pump hand sanitizer, located at reception whenever you are entering the hotel.

Limited car parking is available. Car parking costs $46 per day.
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Should you wish to stay a little longer, please contact reception and every effort will be made to assist you. Late check-out charges apply.
Cleaning of Rooms
All servicing of rooms occurs after all checked out rooms are completed. This makes it possible for all vacant rooms to be cleaned and ready by 2:00 pm for check-in. The Housekeeping staff have until 4:00 pm to service your room. If there is a “Do not disturb” sign on the door the room will not be serviced.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry
Next day service is available Monday to Friday. Items must be lodged at reception prior to 8:00 am.
A laundry bag is provided in your room.
Domestic electricity supply throughout Australia is 240 volts AC 50 cycles. Standard three pin plugs are fitted to domestic appliances.

Guest laundry facilities are located on the 45th floor. Washing machine and dryers are coin operated. $3 per wash and $3 per dryer. Washing powder can be purchased from reception at $1 per sachet.
Guests Paying By Cash
We request you keep your account in credit during your stay with us. It is the policy of this hotel to pay all accommodation cost on check-in. Please keep an eye on your incidentals (Phone calls & Internet charges). Please note you will be required to pay cash daily to pay for incidentals if no credit details have been provided. A $100 bond is also required. This will be returned on check-out if you have paid for all incidentals and accommodation.

Your credit card number was requested on check-in. An imprint was taken to guarantee payment for any unpaid incidentals.
Please remember to leave your keys at reception when leaving the Hotel.

Airport Transfers can be organized by the front office. Please advise of transfers 24 hrs prior to departure. Cost per person is $16. Travel time to airport is approximately 1 hour. The Shuttle bus operates from 5:00 am – 7:00 pm daily. Bookings can only be made at set times – 10 minutes past the hour and at 20 minutes to the hour. Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one carry on per passenger.

Free CBD Shuttle Bus (Route 555)
The free Sydney CBD Shuttle runs every 10 minutes. The service operates in both directions on a loop from Central Station to Circular Quay via Elizabeth and George Streets. The service times are:
Weekdays: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a late finish of 9:00 pm on Thursday evening
Weekends: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
The light rail can be found on George Street.
A 24 hour taxi rank is located across the road from the hotel.
Trains to all metro stations can be caught from Town Hall Station.
Safety & Security
In the event of an emergency please note that Park Regis City Centre reception is available 24 hours a day.
The fire exits on your floor are marked. Please also note the exit plan located on the inside of your guest room door for emergency evacuations.

In the event of a fire alarm being activated, you should vacate your apartment. There are stairs at each end of the building. Follow the green EXIT signs. Please note; the Fire Department must attend alarms raised in the property. The Fire Department can isolate the cause of an alarm to each individual unit. If guests are found to be responsible for the setting off the fire alarms, any resulting charges/fine or penalty incurred from the Fire Department will be charged to the guest.
